Home Prices To Rise In 2011 - According to Nar - Springfield Mo Real Estate
According to the National Association of Realtors, existing home sales will rise 8 percent and possibly an additional 4 percent in 2012.
For the Springfield Mo Real Estate market this is great news.  Homes sales in Greene, Christian, Taney, Webster and Stone counties ended up with 4775 sales.  With an 8 percent increase 2011, that means 5190 homes will sell.
Knowing this is a National prediction for the entire country, some areas of the country will see the increase more, others less.  But I'm optomistic … (12 comments)
