leads: Question about Program 3648 for Realtors

Yesterday I got some interesting information about a program that helps find and negotiate short sales. I am always quite cautious about any of these programs. They cost $$$ and often don't live up to their promises. This one intrigued me though. Has anyone heard of Program 3648? Does it work? Would you suggest using it to get leads for short sale listings?
