Mesquite Nevada is a small town in Nevada - Here is a video of our little Oasis in the Desert. You might be surprised at how many things there are do to here. Plenty of golf and casinos, but outdoor fun, too!

One of my favorite things to do is to take I-15 north, get off at Beaver Dam-Littlefield exit. Take a drive on old Highway 91, then left through the Shivwits Paiute Reservation to the reservoir at Gunlock State Park, about a 45 minute drive from Mesquite. I actually stumbled upon this great little lake when I took a wrong turn while looking for the Kayenta subdivision on the way to Santa Clara, Utah. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, no matter what time of year it is. Great place to get some sun, go fishing, camping or just sit around and enjoy … (12 comments)

Things to do in Mesquite Nevada - you might want to take a little trip to St George Utah. If Mesquite doesn't have it, St George probably does - and it is only about 35 miles from Mesquite. The drive is beautiful - either through the gorge in Arizona, or head for Beaver Dam - Littlefield Arizona on Highway 15. Then go north through Beaver Dam. You will love the Utah mountains and bluffs on that back road - beautiful! This weekend is the 32nd Annual St George Art Festival - maybe I will see you there - :) Wanda Kubait … (4 comments)
