The number of foreclosures available for purchase here in the Upper Cumberland (Putnam, Overton, Jackson, Clay, White, Cumberland, and Dekalb counties) region of Tennessee has remained fairly steady for the past year or so.  The number of REO properties for sale tends to hover around 80, although we currently have only 70 available.
