real estate marketing: Does Your Real Estate Virtual Assistant Make You Look Good? - 02/01/10 05:03 AM
As a real estate Virtual Assistant my satisfaction comes from knowing I have helped make my clients not only look good, but exceed expectations and set themselves a part as leaders in their real estate community. Knowing this, you will understand why I was thrilled when my client, Mike Manosky with RE/MAX Huntsville, shared a compliment he received from a Craigs List user: Hi Ruth Ann,
I just wanted to pass along this email I got last night off Craigs List. I really enjoy reading the copy you create as well. Thanks for all the great work!

real estate marketing: Real Estate Marketing Ideas to Boost Your 2010 Production - 01/07/10 11:41 PM
This cold and bitter first week of 2010 is a great time to create your 2010 Marketing Plan. Most of us hate sitting down and spending time on such an exercise, but putting goals and strategies in writing greatly increases the chances of reaching those goals. The tough real estate markets we have seen in the last couple of years make it even more critical that we evaluate what marketing has worked and not worked to stop spending money with no return on your investment.

'Beautiful' homes sold 15 percent faster and for 5 percent higher in price than … (48 comments)

real estate marketing: Getting Back To Basics With An Edge - 08/19/06 02:15 AM
WOW Everyone With Brochure Box CDs.
With the changing market and homes not selling in 24-48 hours, agents are getting back to basics and those who know how to market will shine! Back to basics doesn't mean you should be doing the same old thing, however. For back to basics to be effective it needs to have an edge, using today's technology.
Take brochure boxes, for instance. It wasn't that long ago that having a color flyer instead of black and white was considered cutting edge...but no longer. Color flyers are considered passe. What isn't passe is a multi-media CD presentation that promotes the property … (5 comments)
