portable: Writing an offer on a Lap Top - way to go!

An agent that I create virtual tours for told me about his recent offer writing experience with a lap top and went through how he did it- very cool! Read on... After the agent showed some buyers a home- they decided to write an offer. The agent opened his laptop and opened his agency forms. He typed in the offer info and then saved the forms as a .pdf on the desktop. He then opened the forms in a program called PDF ANNOTATER.
