I'm wondering the expense and the success you've seen in using the showcase feature in realtor.com If I understand correctly... realtor.com automatically uploads all MLS listings with one photo, and the charge to upload a virtual tour is $22.95. If you have the showcase feature, you get 6 pictures and free uploads of virtual tours. Feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken on this. I'd like to promote this more to agents who I create virtual tours for, but am wondering what agents, in general, think about it. … (4 comments)
