The median price of homes for sale went up to $218,885 in April from $217,900 in March. There were 159 sold in April compared to 176 in March. There were 1408 homes for sale in April compared to 1317 in March. There are about 4.8 months of inventory currently for sale. McKinney TX - Market Report - March 2010 * The median price of homes sold went up to $183,700 in March from $175,000 in Feb. * The median price of homes for sale was also up at $217,900 in March compared to $215,000 in Feb. * There were 176 homes sold in March up from 109 sold in Feb. * There were 1317 homes for sale in March vs. 1157 for sale in Feb.
