What does a market report mean to me as a seller in Plano, TX?
Or it could be Allen TX, Frisco TX, McKinney TX, Little Elm TX, Rockwall TX?
 
I enjoy statistics, data, and what that information can do for me. But I also understand that not everyone is like me. Some might see a graph or chart and wonder “Why do I need to know this?” Or “What am I going to do with this?”

Richardson TX - Market Report - July 2010 The median price of homes sold went up to $190,500 in July from $187,000 in June. The median price of homes for sale went down a little to $199,900 in July from $205,000 in June. The number of homes sold went down a little to 62 in July from 83 in June. The number of homes for sale were higher at 583 in July compared to 515 in June. Homes sold were on the market for 49 days, while homes currently for sale have been on the market for 81 days. The median price of homes for sale went down a little to $205,000 in June from $210,000 in May. The number of homes sold went up a little to 83 in June from 78 in May. Those from up north may think that this is ‘much ado about nothing.’  
In reality, the problem is that since we don’t get these cold spells in Texas often, an especially lengthy blast of cold – or repeated cold like we have had – can cause damage to your home.
 
The pipes in your home are accustomed to above-freezing temperatures, with occasional dips below-freezing. This gives time for pipes to warm back up again. With this particularly series of Arctic winds, our homes are taking more of a beating than they are used to.
