Active Adult Communties are on the rise in Cumming, GA - this could be due to retirees are stopping short of Florida. The Atlanta Metro area is rated #4 as top places to retire. Some of the reasons are a favorable climiate (we do have seasonal changes but have mild weather), low cost of living, good tax stitutation and there is a large volunteer mindset. But what are the advantages to living in an Active Adult Community?
