columbia md short sales: Columbia, MD Successful Short Sale

I have been working with short sales for over 5 years now. I just recently closed a short sale in Columbia, MD that went so smoothly, I had to write about it. The sellers were located in Texas and was renting out their condo so there was a tenant in it. She was the most gracious tenant who cooperated fully when it came to property showings. We received an offer that was accepted by the seller's bank and it was indeed a pleasure working through the details of the transaction.
