This is a handmade railing that was found at a home inspection in Woodbury NY, and when you stop laughing, you will see it’s not very safe, nor plumb.
This may or may not help you if you fall down the stairs, but should you really take a chance? I recommended to my client it be professionally re-done by a qualified and licensed contractor.
And just because they are licensed does not mean they are qualified.
So don’t be ridiculous, call Meticulous!
