What a great way to meet people in the Belmont Bay community for current and potential homeowners, learning about the community as a whole. Walking tour will take place on Friday, October 19th, 2007 at 8.30 a.m. departing from the marina pavilion. The tour will take approximately 1.5 hour with a donut reception at the pavilion following the tour. For potential homeowners. If you enjoy playing Golf and you love water than Belmont Bay is your answer.

There is town hall meeting coming up ON Wednesday November 8, 2007 at Belmont Elementary School. 751 Norwood lane, Woodbridge, Virginia. Current and potential homeowners are welcome and encourage to attend. The whole purpose of this wonderful meeting is to update all the resident on the construction in the Belmont Bay community as well as on the other issues that affect the community as whole. If you have any specific question on developement issue and you would like to to address them at the meeting.
