Do you just know your customers well enough to know they can't be pushed or sold until they are ready? I met some customers at an open house in April of 2016 and I continued to nurture them. It wasn't until around October 2016 that some houses started to come on the market that interested them. We've probably seen now about six here and there and seeing another one this Sunday.
