Dear Mr/Mrs. Seller, It's a new week! How are you going to help get your home sold? Now I bet your thinking "I hired you, the agent, for this! Why am I having to sell?". That statement is correct, you did hire me to sell your home. However, you kow your home the best and know the best features about it. Might I suggest something a bit different this time.
