I run into this all the time: "I'm just looking" "I'm just thinking about it" "I won't know until I find the right property" The list of exuses reasons go on. The fact of the matter is you owe it to yourself to make the decision either you are serious about buying or you aren't. If you aren't, that's fine. But if you are serious about buying, then you need to get SERIOUS! Rates are low, inventory is high, and many sellers are willing to negotiate. But what's holding you up?
