Historical Properties: Resource for Information and Funding
There are many grants and sources of funds to help ease the impact of the improvement costs of historical buildings and homes. The funds available to owners of historical properties vary both nationally and locally. Nationally the most common is the Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentive which entitles those qualified a 20% tax break.
