montana real estate: Who Get's Your Real Property When You Die? An Option - Beneficiary Deeds in Montana

Montana has authorized beneficiary deeds as a way for people to transfer their real property upon their death. When signing up for an IRA or some type of retirement venue, I have always been asked the question, "who is your beneficiary(s)?, or how do you want to transfer your assets upon your death?" Interesting that when people take title to real property, no one asks that question???? Yippee! I got to do my favorite thing in Real Estate today! Take my small SUV up a slippery muddy road in the mountains to find a little piece of Montana Heaven.
Headed up to the Bull Mountains for a showing. Just off the highway the gravel/dirt road turns a bit muddy, notice the car. Not to worry, I once drove a racing jeep in a mud bog obstacle course and took second place, this was easy! And I quote "I want what every other buyer wants, I want a great house at a bargain price". We call this a buyers market, and sellers YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION! The Power of WOW!
