My former neighbor, who purchased his home in 2016, kept hinting that he was preparing to sell his home. He had done some major improvements to the inside, and a little on the outside. He was an experienced homeowner and usually made money in his real estate buying and selling.

My favorite time of the year in Arizona is just starting. The summer rain season, "The Monsoon", officially ends September 15 - this is the time when the heat and humidity collide over the desert skies, creating anything from threatening clouds to severe thunderstorms and tornadic winds. In Arizona the worst winds are termed "microburst", because Arizona hazard insurance does not cover tornadoes - better check that out for sure, may be rumor.
