Yes, another date has past, St. Patrick's day. It's like a mile marker on the highway of time we travel on. It marks the end of winter and the coming of spring and summer. Time to start mowing the lawns, getting the boat ready, and find where you left the shorts. Virginia Beach has most of it's plans in place for the year. Lot's of events to take place. We just finished Shamrock Marathon, now it's into the Chocolate Festival this weekend, then onto Opsail in Virginia Beach with the Blue Angels and Opsail in Norfolk with Harborfest.
