Homeowners in Manhasset and/or the Town of North Hempstead. Considering selling your home, but have open permits? Concerned they'll affect the price and salability of your home? Unless resolved favorably, they'll adversely affect both. My seller client had "8" open building permits in the Town of North Hempstead, 4 had expired and required refiling, at least a one-year process due to a backlog from COVID-19. Procuring these permits required extensive experience, resources and relationships with the town, surveyors, architects and contractors.
