charlottesville: A Little Bit About Me

I pretty much grew up here in Charlottesville and love living here. My family owned and operated a few radio stations in town for most of my life. The radio stations were 3WV, Z95, and WINA. After my family sold the stations I decided I wanted to try my hand in real estate. Boy am I glad I did and I really enjoy every minute of it other than starting during one of the slower years in Charlottesville history. It has been a really fun learning process thus far. With the 2007 Real Estate sales in the books we can take a step back and take a look at what it brought our real estate market, made up of Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson. According to the Charlottesville Albemarle Association of REALTORS (also known as CAAR), the year of 2007 was the fourth highest in our real estate sales history with 3,560 home sales.
