With the 2007 Real Estate sales in the books we can take a step back and take a look at what it brought our real estate market, made up of Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson. According to the Charlottesville Albemarle Association of REALTORS (also known as CAAR), the year of 2007 was the fourth highest in our real estate sales history with 3,560 home sales.
