2019 is another excellent year in the central Maryland real estate market. To get top dollar, the house definitely needs to be in top condition, staged and marketed properly and competitively priced.

The sellers moved out of state and left the house vacant except for a couple couches so we came in and staged it, bringing in furniture, accessories, and replacing heavy curtains with sheers.
