Happy birthday to my sister Vicki Barrilleaux.  So happy to celebrate another year of her life. Vicki is a cancer survivor, and has the strongest will to live.  She is a blessing to everyone who knows her. Through her tough battle she never lost hope.  I am proud to have her as my sister.
