I met Chloe Jacobs at our neighborhood’s Literary Guild event. One of my neighbors and friends hosted the event at her home. She is a very well-known organist. She even played the organ in Israel. She is one amazing accomplished world-cultured woman and I am so blessed to know her. She is well into her 80’s and I pray she will remain with us for years to come.

Oh my… I discovered a hidden gem! Thai Neighbor Cuisine just made the top of my list of the best Thai restaurants in Provo Utah and Utah County! Delicious is an understatement!
My visit was nothing short of exceptional, and I’m excited to share my experience with you.
Finding the Best Dish at Thai Neighbor Cuisine 1 in Provo Utah Intrigued by their promise of authentic Thai flavors, I decided to try their famous Massaman Curry with Tofu. It’s loved for its creamy texture and aromatic spices. It didn’t disappoint!

Where Was Fry Sauce Invented? Fry sauce, once called “pink sauce,” began in a small burger place in Provo during the 1950s. Two friends, Max Peay and Ron S. Taylor, who worked at an Arctic Circle franchise, mixed ketchup and mayo for fun. People loved it so much that it replaced regular ketchup.
The sauce got really famous, and someone from Arctic Circle noticed it and took it to their main office. Even though Arctic Circle said it was theirs, everyone knew it began in that tiny Provo restaurant.

I was so happy to find the Provo Recreation Center when I moved to Provo. This is a state-of-the-art facility that feels safe and welcoming. I don’t like those gyms where it feels like a “meat market”. You know… those gyms where everyone is a bodybuilder, good-looking, and skinny? Yeah… not for me.
The swimming pools are amazing. I love to take my grandkids there to play on the water-slides. The Provo Recreation Center has a huge indoor and outdoor pool areas. One of the pools is a lap pool, which is separated off from the other pools. This is super convenient … (3 comments)

It is now located in the Knight Block area, at the corner of University Avenue and Center Street.
