We just got another buyer lead from the first Real Bird listing search widget that I put on our Active Rain blog. That now makes a total of 5 leads all from one post about one community in our town on our Active Rain blog using the Real Bird widget for searching for listings right in our post. Our buyers' agent, Lisa Schlitz wrote an offer yesterday for one of these buyer leads who is an all cash buyer from the country of Uruguay. Real Bird Adds on Bulk Photo Uploader. One of the most asked for feature to the Real Bird Listing Flyers and Single Property Websites was for agents to have the ability to upload more than one photo at a time. It is a pain and time consuming to add only one photo at a time when you have listings. Zoltan just informed me that now they have the Bulk Photo Uploader available so you can now add up to 40 photos at a time in bulk. They have also increased the file size from 1GB to 4GB. Would you like to show your sellers their own property listing site? This is a great way to be a step above your competition. Take the extra hour to really showcase a listing. I made one property listing site with Real Bird this about 2 weeks ago and within 2 hours that property listing site was on page one on Google for search terms and for the address, (obviously). Real Bird Flies To The Top! Janie Coffey introduced me to Real Bird over a year ago. To be totally truthful, I was very happy with Vflyer and did not see the need to change or add anything more to my plate so I just smiled and moved on.
