O.K. here I go again, looking for an agent to help me with a listing that is already procured and can not find anyone who has customer skills, etiquette or common courtesies! The last time I looked for an agent to refer 2 listings to in Port St Lucie, Florida I could not find anyone either. I I just had to let everyone know! We just received our first actual call in lead from the Internet. We have had leads from our website that were not very focused leads. They are in our database and we have a system to stay in touch. However this very nice lady called our office and had found us on the Internet.
