California Association of Realtors at the Forefront of Prop 90!!The California Association of Realtors have sent forth a petition to all members of our State Wide Association, one we signed oiurselves, and also sent forth to our family members and all clientelle we could reach! All in an effort to make Prop 90 a Statewide initiative...We call it the "Portability Initiative"...they have gathered in upwards of a Million signatures, which will be all verified and accounted for in the next month, in order to be sure it makes it on the November ballot...timing wise, not sure how it will or if … (7 comments)

Retire comfortably with extra cash in the bank! Prop 90 is the answer! There is still time to do so, in El Dorado County! This may be all you need to know, to Secure your Financial Future! However, unfortunately, this is a LIMITED TIME OPPORTUNITY… Deadline is November 7th, 2018. Wouldn’t you like to live in an Area that has less traffic, is much more Affordable, has fresh clean air, newer amenities, Miles and Miles of Bike and Walking trails? El Dorado County Board of Supervisors vote to end Prop. 90 Prop 90 will Sunset on November 7, 2018. Supervisors Hidal, Frentzen, Rinali and Veerkamp voted to end it, Supervisor Novasel was the only one who understood the need to continue for 2 more years and was the only one to vote no. We thank Supervisor Novasel for her efforts. State Propositions are 5 year Propositions for a reason...unfortunately the Board just doesn't understand all the benefits that Prop 90 offer to our County, they only see the costs.
