Many of us have fixed mortgage payments and taxes, except when Uncle Sam needs a bit more, he just send us a bill via the county tax collectors office. But what If you could shrink your monthly housing expense?? Well - Shop your Hazard Insurance?? Why be loyal to a long time agent or firm, when in reality, it is all the same.
