How does this compare to the sandwich lease option?
A cooperative lease option is when the investor lease options a property from an owner and then SELLs or FLIPS the lease option contract to an end tenant buyer for a fee. This is what we refer to in the investing world as "wholesaling". It is like any other wholesale but it goes to the end tenant buyer and most wholesales tend to go to other investors.
