I carry two roles, one as a debt consultant and the other as a marketing and social media consultant and strategist. Yesterday I wrote a post on the difference between strategic and tactical social media marketing. It occurred to me that the same strategic and tactical thought process can go into the debt elimination process. Americans are burdened with debt across all spectrums. When it comes to debt settlement, the role of the debt analysis is to establish a monthly payment and program length. While completing a debt analysis, my goal is to establish a payment that my client's can afford, while keeping the program length as short as possible. This is a balancing act and is the reason that the debt analysis is so important. The actual payment that is established, for your debt settlement program, will depend on your mix creditors, the number of cards that you have, the balances on your individual cards and your budget.
