Bradley Commons, a new luxury condo community in Westport, CT has been blanketed with snow yet again this winter. Mother nature is apparently not done having her way with us. Westport received 7-8 inches from this latest douse of winter weather. The snow was the biggest storm of the season. It closed schools across the state and all the way up and down the east coast from the Carolina's to Maine. It got to the point where DJ's on the radio stations said "everyone's closed."

Bradley Commons Bradley Commons is located off of Sunrise Road which is off of CT-33 better known as Saugatuck Ave. It is a brand new construction luxury condominium community consisting of 20 units. As I entered the second bedroom in Unit 101 at Bradley Commons, a distant sparkle caught my eye. My attention was drawn outside. I walked curiously over to the large windows, the heels of my feet clicking as I went. I located the mysterious source of light immediately. It was the blazing sun dancing vibrantly off of the dark blue waters of the Long Island Sound. The sun reflected and refracted everywhere, splashing the light this way and that, putting on a special show just for me. The river below is the Saugatuck River and several condos in Bradley Commons enjoy year round views of the river. I took this picture upon arriving at my open house today. Here is Part 1 of the Bradley Commons tour. As a reminder, Bradley Commons is located in Westport, CT just 50 miles north of New York City. The community consists of 15 new construction luxury townhouse style condominiums. The condos offer easy access for the commuter as we are just a short walk to the train and a quick drive to I-95. Today's buyers have a bargain mentality. Everyone wants to make a deal. If something is $800,000 they want to pay $725,000 for it. If something is $700,000 they want to give you $600,000.
