Below you will find Carl Junction area real estate statistics for the period September 2007 as compiled by the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS®. We're in to month 4 of a stong buyers market in Carl Junction. The good news is that we are bleeding off inventory and for the 2nd straight month we are selling more houses than are coming on the market.
