If you’ve read any of my posts on the Northside, you know I’ve had quite a few house crushes there recently. The dynamic of the Northside is quickly transforming now that talented craftsmen like Josh Romano with Cobblestone Development Group are giving the area’s beautiful historic homes some good old-fashioned TLC. I first met Josh when he renovated a home in Glenburnie, just down the street from my house at 5506 Dillwyn Road.
