It seems that no matter what the circumstance Wisconsin is always behind the rest of the country. The songs being played on the radio are songs that you may have heard when visiting Arizona or California six months prior. Fashion trends only become popular when the rest of the country has found it to be socially acceptable. The same holds true for Wisconsin's real estate market.
