I was fortunate to write an offer for a wonderful set of buyers last week where my expertise helped save them over $12,000! In our market in Franklin, TN homes are flying off the market faster than a buyer can look it up on the map. Have you heard of a QR code? You have seen one I am sure, but maybe do not know what they are exactly. It looks like this: The use of a QR code otherwise known as a quick response code started in Japan and has made its way through Europe and is now making quite a presence in American marketing. You will find QR codes on all kinds of merchandise, flyers, magazine ads, even on billboards. I don't know exactly who is going to take out their phone and scan the billboard for more information, but that's just one example I found. … (2 comments)
