 I was responding to my friend George Souto a great mortgage source in Connecticut, http://activerain.com/gsouto about my blog Return Of Three Minute Real Estate: Situs  Explaining my philosophy about teaching real estate people. I’d like to expand on that here.
Life is an open book exam! No one can learn all the answers, no one! Professionals need to learn the questions! 
The most important person in any real estate transaction is not the individual "experts" but the professional that sees all the reverent and necessary questions are ask and answered!

Are you a real estate "Expert" or a "Professional?"
I write in Correl Word Perfect so I started by looking up the two titles in it's dictionary.
"professional > ... a person having impressive competence in a particular activity."

You'll notice "..." I left out the parts about "being part of a professional group" that's just plain wrong! You can be a member of a group with out being professional and you can be professional with out a group! I also left out the non-sense about "being paid" experts are paid, incompetents are paid, totally unskilled labor is paid. Being … (8 comments)
