Having a real passion for real estate is not so unusual, there are many really fine real estate professionals in our industry and many are right here in our ActiveRain network. Every time we get a referral, we feel a sense of fulfillment. When we get thank letters from our clients, it gives a true sense of accomplishment. Last evening, the sunset was outrageous. Regretfully I was leaving a listing as I saw it and it was too late to get there. So I had time late today and thought I might get a repeat show.

One of my Sellers suggested that I should write about the benefits of electronic signatures and to advise the Sellers and Buyers out there to understand how easy and unstressed electronic signatures can be and that Buyers and Sellers should also know that their agent is technology literate before signing up with them.
My Seller was telling me today that they were glad I was their agent because I make their efforts so easy in a getting their property under contract.

The October residential real estate market conditions like the past several months are a mixed bag.
Of the 5 major market areas in San Diego county, the biggest change noted for the San Diego real estate market was in North County Inland. Home values dropped on average almost 14%. Sales in North County Inland remained mostly flat for the month.
The most significant improvement county wide was in East County and South County. These were the areas hardest hit with foreclosures and distressed sales. Sales rose 14% and 17 % respectively.
