School is wrapping up and the real estate market is still holding strong in the northeast Houston area despite the reports of gloom and doom on the television. The Kingwood real estate market is still a seller's market with 5.8 months of inventory. Months of inventory is the number of months it would take to deplete the inventory based on the last 12 months of activity. Though the number is not as great as 2 years ago, the number is still good.
