I was thinking today as I was going through the showings from over the weekend on my weekly report I have printed out utilizing Centralized Showing Services, how difficult is it for an agent to provide feedback after a showing. With Centralized Showing I have the ability to set up whether the feedback requests are sent out automatically or manually to the buyer's agent. I choose to go with the automatic distribution, which will send out a total of 3 requests over a couple of days.
