Kingwood, Texas The Kingwood Civic Club each year organizes the 4th of July activities including the popular fish rodeo, bike judging contest, and the ever growing parade (around 70 entries this year). The fishing rodeo will take place at the Fosters Mill pond located at Kingwood Dr. and Forest Garden Drive from 6:00 am - 8:00 am.
