When the weather gets warm, I find myself spending a lot of time with clients up on Topsail Island, so today I’ve added a page about a neighborhood in Surf City called Shaes Landing, which is just off S. surf city: Warm Weather on Topsail Island

Hi all,
Spent the day with clients showing properties on Topsail Island, and what a gorgeous day it was here in southeastern NC! Topping out at 75 degrees, it felt more like Spring than a January afternoon – and the beaches showed it – people were out everywhere and enjoying the unseasonably warm weather.

Spent this weekend showing properties in Topsail Beach and Surf City to clients of mine I met through the NC Beach Bargains list.
We looked at a few new construction properties and a water-view short sale property before heading to lunch at the “New York Corner Deli” in Surf City: http://www.newyorkcornerdeli.com/
Great food – I highly recommend it.
The weather was gorgeous, and my clients loved the quiet calm of the beach in the Fall. Nothing better than showing off local beach properties on a beautiful September day!
