housing: Stay Focused, Stay Positive or Stay Home!

In today's housing market everyone (buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders, etc.) needs to stay positive to stay in the real estate game. Take a minute to post something positive that you see, hear, feel or experience. It will set the tone for your day and for others as well. This made me stop and go hmmm!!! The worst thing to happen to you, can turn out to be the best thing to happen to you, if you don't let it get the best of you! Don't know who said it but I think it's very profound.
