Alex Charfen and other CDPEs really make a difficult process simple! Clearly, CDPEs are THE real estate agents to go to if you or someone you know needs to sell a Short Sale property! The banks know that selling a short sale is a hassle and, partly because of this, part of the HAFA program REQUIRES a distressed homeowner to seek the aid of a licensed real estate agent to sell their home.
