Earlier this month, our Realtor® Association was privileged to host Founder & CEO of LEEADERSHIP 1st, Derrick Boles as a guest speaker for our January General Membership Luncheon.
 
I had the opportunity to visit with Mr. Boles for a short while after the presentation.  I was impressed by this man!
 
He has a heart for what is right and a heart to help kids in our society.
 
His organization, LEADERSHIP 1st, is headquartered here in Nampa, Idaho. They provide training & mentorship for troubled teens as well as business education and inspiration.
