I'm a big believer in staging a home for sale. When a potential buyer is coming to see the house, it's a big deal. There is lots of inventory and the fact that they want to see your house is great. You only need one buyer.
A showing should be production. Like getting ready for a first date. You dress to impress your date, entertainers dress to impress the audience, so dressing or staging the house for potential buyers is in the same category.

"This house is only worth $245,759 according to the tax appraisal. So why is the seller trying to get me to pay $266,000?"
This is not an uncommon question asked by clients as they go through the process of conducting their due diligence. If I can work with them early in their seach, I can reduce the concern about value, worth, and asking price-offer price. The determination of value or worth is not an exact science but we do have ways to evaluate.

It's a small course, with a few holes and some practice putting greens, but you can't beat the cost if you own property in Timberwood Park. The superintendent keeps the course in good repair. Not a bad way to keep your game sharp for your regular game.
