The Cohasset Sailing Club which recently celebrated its 50th Aniversary last season, is about to embark on a major over haul to its facilities. As I noted in a previous post, a new club house is in the works for the Cohasset Sailing Club. By was of reference the Cohasset Sailing Club is a community based organization whose charge is to provide the townspeople of Cohasset, and children in particular but not exclusively, with an affordable opportunity to learn and practice sailing. Prices Up, Volume off Slightly, DOM Way Down Cohasset, one of the South Shore's premier towns, continues to show improvement in it's real estate market. October saw Five homes sell at an average sales price of $758,200 with an average time on the market at roughly 99 days.
