Condos for Sale in Hull, MA continue to show some resilience in the final quarter of 2010. However volume leaves a bit to be desired, but some improvement is starting to gain traction. In the 4th quarter of 2009 we saw a meager two units sell at an average sales price of $165,000 or $181 per square foot. However we have seen three units sold in 4Q2010 at a slightly higher average sales price of $385,833 or $250 per square foot.
