The Buyers are starting to come out of the woodwork in Johnson County KS!! In the last week I have had three leads just pop up out of no where, well not really no where but unexpectedly!! One was a referral that I am handing off to an agent in MO, she is an old friend and really had no clue that she was even interested in getting into the market. Referrals, real estates gift to real estate agents. I remember when I was a new agent, in class the instructor lightly touched upon the fact that agents can do referrals with other agents. I thought this sounded interesting but, it did not dawn on me how powerful building a referral network could be! Over the last couple of months I have done a few referrals out of state that resulted in a few thousand dollars in pocket for what I would say was about an hours worth of work on each referral! Weekends! Man I live to have a great weekend! Especially this time of year when you know the weather is going to be nice, the sun will be out and the temp may be a little warmer than it has been! Makes me want to be outside, but if the ground is muddy with the snow melting then you are pretty much limited with what you can do, right? Mold, oh my, what the heck do I do about that? We all know mold is nasty, icky and smells bad as well as looks really bad. But, did you know that some of it is very toxic and bad for your health if it remains in your home and is allowed to grow?
